Shipping

The Products will be delivered according to the delivery times and methods indicated in the delivery service chosen by the Customer from the options listed on the Website. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and may vary depending on the delivery service chosen. Once shipment has been made, Pestalia will send the Customer a shipping confirmation email with instructions on how to track the shipment. In the event of shipping delays due to circumstances beyond Pestalia's control, the Customer will be promptly notified by Pestalia customer service. Shipments are made in Italy by express courier within 24-48 hours and in England, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Spain within 48-96 hours.
