Cif Concentrated Professional Degreaser is a ready-to-use liquid degreaser for removing grease, carbon and oily residues from all surfaces and equipment in professional kitchens (ovens, grills, hoods, filters, fryers, kettles, bratt pans, floors, tiled surfaces, worktops, small utensils, etc.).


Characteristics:

Ideal for manually cleaning all heavily soiled kitchen surfaces, such as hoods and cooktops. It is an optimal blend of surfactants for effective wetting and cleaning of surfaces, and alkalis and sequestrants for the effective removal of all types of grease and dried residue. Its special formulation also allows for use on aluminum surfaces.
