FEATURES: MASTERBRODY® PASTA is a ready-to-use rodenticide based on Brodifacoum, an active ingredient that is effective against mice and rats with a single ingestion. Rodents typically die within 3 to 5 days of the first ingestion, allowing the infestation to be controlled without arousing suspicion among other members of the colony.
MASTERBRODY® PASTA contains a well-balanced blend of food-based ingredients that are palatable to rodents. MASTERBRODY® PASTA can be used for both indoor and outdoor rodent control. It also contains a bittering agent (Denatonium Benzoate) to reduce the risk of accidental ingestion by children.
HOW TO USE MASTERBRODY® PASTA can be used for rodent control inside and around civil and rural buildings (industrial facilities, homes, warehouses, cellars, storage rooms). Wear suitable gloves (EN374) when applying the product. The product is ready for use and must be used in accordance with the dosages indicated below. Avoid touching the product with bare hands and use suitable gloves. The bait must be placed in a suitable tamper-proof container, protected from atmospheric agents, ingestion by children and non-target species, and dispersion into the environment. Before placing the containers containing the bait, inspect the area to determine the rodent species, the level and extent of the infestation, and identify all access points, burrows, feeding places, etc.
Always consider the resistance status of the target population when choosing the rodenticide to use. To minimize the use of rodenticide baits, especially for rodent control in sensitive areas (e.g., food processing plants and animal shelters), the preventive use of non-poisoned baits (placebo) is recommended. Appropriately mark the treatment area, indicating the risk of poisoning and the first aid measures. Replace bait containers weekly, if necessary. Dead rodents must be removed from the treatment area frequently, and carcasses must be disposed of properly. Use suitable gloves when handling dead animals. In any case, carcasses must not be disposed of in waste or landfills.
For rat infestations (Rattus norvegicus): use up to 100 g of bait per 10 metres per point, reducing this distance to 5 metres in case of heavy infestations.
