Detergent tablets specifically for cleaning fryers

Characteristics

  • Cleaning tablets for professional fryers, fryer baskets, and steel surfaces.
  • Quickly removes burnt oil and grease, leaving surfaces clean and shiny.
  • To obtain an excellent result, only one tablet of the product added to boiling water is needed

How to use and dosage

Cleaning the fryer: Drain the oil and close the valve. Fill the tank with water until it reaches the oil level.
For every 10 litres of water add 1 tablet.
Turn on the fryer and bring the solution to the boil, without exceeding 100°C.
After cooling and emptying, remove any residue with an abrasive sponge or brush.
Rinse thoroughly with water.
