Neutralizza completamente gli acidi e i cloruri contenuti nei cibi che si depositano sulle stoviglie. Particolare formulazione che consente la completa disossidazione dell'argento. Non contiene fosforo. Indicato per l'ammollo delle posate in acciaio inox, ne previene la corrosione; rimuove macchie di solfuri e ossidi.
