La sua formulazione contiene alcali metasilicati e tensioattivi per saponificare ed emulsionare olio e grasso. Rimuove il grasso con il minimo sforzo; adatto ad attrezzature di cucina (friggitrici, cappe, piastre di cottura), pavimenti e pareti; la formulazione non danneggia i metalli.

Modo d'uso:
Friggitrici: 20-30 g/l in acqua calda, riscaldare a 90°C e lasciare agire 20 min. Filtri/cappe/teglie: 20 g/l, ammollo 10-20 min. Pavimenti: 6 g/l. Conservare 10-40°C.
