Enhancer of natural defenses
Recid GelSil is a very fine, talc-like powder obtained from the processing of freshwater fossil diatoms. When applied to plants, it creates a thin film that dehydrates harmful insects. Furthermore, its sharp particles can mechanically and irreversibly damage the mouthparts of chewing insects. The crystalline powder also discourages egg-laying. Recid GelSil eliminates excess moisture, helping prevent the development of fungal diseases and fruit cracking.
DOSES AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Use the product as is at a rate of 30–50 g/m2 or disperse 20-70 g of product in 1 litre of water, taking care to keep the resulting suspension constantly stirred.
