BestClean® Sgrassante Alcalino Forni Grill e Piastre è un detergente liquido schiumogeno specifico per la pulizia di forni, grill, piastre e friggitrici. Elimina rapidamente e senza fatica le incrostazioni di grassi ed eventuali depositi dalle superfici trattate.
Composizione: Regolamento (CE) 648/2004 (Detergenti): <5%: Fosfonati, Tensioattivi non ionici.

Modalità d'uso:
Non utilizzare il prodotto su alluminio, zinco, stagno e su superfici in plastica o verniciate. Non miscelare con prodotti o sostanze acide.
Per la pulizia di forni, grill e piastre: spruzzare il prodotto tal quale sulle superfici calde a 40-50°C circa e lasciare agire la schiuma per 15-20 minuti; rimuovere quindi i residui con una spugna, o panno, e risciacquare con cura.
Per la pulizia delle friggitrici: vuotare la vaschetta dall’olio e dai grassi residui, chiudere la vaschetta. Riempire con acqua fino a metà vasca e versare con molta cautela 2 litri di prodotto ogni 20 litri di capacità della vasca. Aggiungere acqua fino al raggiungimento del livello di riempimento dell’olio. Accendere la friggitrice e portare la soluzione a una temperatura massima di 90-100°C per 20-40 minuti. Lasciare raffreddare la soluzione e poi scaricare con cautela.
Riempire con acqua e strofinare con una spugna abrasiva per eliminare eventuali ulteriori residui. Scaricare e quindi risciacquare almeno 2 volte con acqua fredda e asciugare con carta.
