The trap is easy to install and requires neither electricity nor CO₂. The transparent part
The trap's mesh makes it difficult for mosquitoes to escape, while the black mesh, in addition to providing a barrier between mosquitoes and standing water, facilitates their collection. The trap should be placed in a visible location, but protected from rain.
